OCA CIRCULAR NO. 300-2022

 

The Sub-Committee for the Revision of the Code of Professional Responsibility will launch the Ethics Caravan on the Proposed Code of Professional Responsibility and Accountability on 10 November 2022, from 12:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., at the University of Nueva Caceres, New Building, Student Pavilion, Naga City, Camarines Sur.

In connection therewith, all judges and court personnel of the first and second level courts in Camarines Sur are hereby directed to attend the activity on OFFICIAL TIME, and register their participation using the following link: https://sites.google.com/view/cpracaravan, provided that their respective court calendars are properly managed, the parties are duly notified of any cancelled hearings, and the required health protocols are strictly observed.

Judges and court personnel of the first and second level courts in Camarines Norte and Albay may, at their discretion, attend the said activity, which will also be considered on OFFICIAL TIME, and they may register their participation using the above indicated link.

Participants shall submit to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator through https://forms.office.com/r/Vhi6q8SKX7, their respective reports and copies of certificates of participation within ten (10) days from the conclusion of the said activity.
