REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3398

AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A NATIONAL AGRICULTURAL AND TRADE SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF VIRAC, PROVINCE OF CATANDUANES, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR

SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the supervision of the Director of Public Schools, a national agricultural and trade school in the Municipality of Virac, Province of Catanduanes, to be known as the Virac National Agricultural and Trade School.

SECTION 2. The Secretary of Education shall issue such rules and regulation as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act. aisa dc

SECTION 3. The sum of two hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of said school during the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-two. Such sums as may be needed for the same purpose in subsequent years shall be included in the annual General Appropriation Act.

SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. cd
