Establishment of the Marasbaras National High School in Tacloban City

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7389
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE DISTRICT OF MARASBARAS, TACLOBAN CITY, TO BE KNOWN AS THE MARASBARAS NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established a national high school in the District of Marasbaras, Tacloban City, to be known as the Marasbaras National High School. cdt
SECTION 2. The Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue the rules and regulations necessary to implement this Act.
SECTION 3. The amount necessary for the implementation of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
