BATAS PAMBANSA BLG. 106
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A COMMUNITY HOSPITAL WITH A TEN-BED CAPACITY AND SECONDARY LEVEL CAPABILITY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CORCUERA, PROVINCE OF ROMBLON, TO BE KNOWN AS MALIPAYON COMMUNITY HOSPITAL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established under the direct supervision of the Director of Medical Services, Ministry of Health, a community hospital with a ten-bed capacity and secondary level capability in the Municipality of Corcuera, Province of Romblon, to be known as the Malipayon Community Hospital. cdt
SECTION 2. The amount needed for the operation of the hospital shall be determined in accordance with Section 40 of Presidential Decree No. 1177 and charged to the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 40 and 80 for the Ministry of Health intended for new hospitals. Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. The Minister of Health shall determine the manner by which said hospital shall be operationalized.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
