REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3406

AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A NATIONAL TRADE SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TADIAN, MOUNTAIN PROVINCE TO BE KNOWN AS THE TADIAN NATIONAL TRADE SCHOOL, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR

SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the supervision of the Director of Public Schools, a national trade school in the Municipality of Tadian, Mountain Province, to be known as the Tadian National Trade School. casia

SECTION 2. The Secretary of Education shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act. cdt

SECTION 3. The sum of one hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of said school during the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-two. Thereafter, such sum as may be needed for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Acts.

SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. cd i
