Batas Pambansa Blg. 568, enacted on June 24, 1983, establishes a ten-bed municipal hospital in Barangay Subay, Talim Island, Rizal, known as the Subay Municipal Hospital. The hospital will operate under the supervision of the Ministry of Health, with initial funding for construction and operation capped at 750,000 pesos, drawn from appropriations designated for health facilities. AN ACT ESTABLISHING A TEN-BED MUNICIPAL HOSPITAL IN BARANGAY SUBAY, TALIM ISLAND, PROVINCE OF RIZAL, TO BE KNOWN AS SUBAY MUNICIPAL HOSPITAL

SECTION 1. There shall be established under the direct supervision of the Office of the Minister, Ministry of Health, a ten-bed municipal hospital in Barangay Subay, Talim Island, Province of Rizal, to be known as the Subay Municipal Hospital. cd i

SECTION 2. The amount necessary for the construction and operation of the hospital not to exceed seven hundred fifty thousand pesos shall be funded out of the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 230 for the Ministry of Health intended for new or expanded hospitals. Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. cd

SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
