REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5221
AN ACT ESTABLISHING AN EMERGENCY HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN JOSE, PROVINCE OF OCCIDENTAL MINDORO
SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the supervision of the Director of Medical Services, an emergency hospital in the Municipality of San Jose, Province of Occidental Mindoro, to be known as San Jose Emergency Hospital. aisa dc
SECTION 2. The Secretary of Health shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
Enacted without Executive approval, June 15, 1968.
