REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3165
AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A NATIONAL HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN FRANCISCO, PROVINCE OF CEBU, TO BE KNOWN AS THE SAN FRANCISCO NATIONAL HOSPITAL AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the supervision of the Director of Medical Services, a national hospital in the Municipality of San Francisco, Province of Cebu, to be known as the San Francisco National Hospital.
SECTION 2. The Secretary of Health shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act. casia
SECTION 3. The sum of one hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of said hospital during the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-two. Thereafter, such sums as may be needed for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriation Acts.
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
