Establishment of Pres. Elpidio Quirino National High School in Agoo, La Union

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7772
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF AGOO, PROVINCE OF LA UNION, TO BE KNOWN AS THE PRESIDENT ELPIDIO QUIRINO NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established a high school in the Municipality of Agoo, Province of La Union, to be known as the President Elpidio Quirino High School.
SECTION 2. The Secretary of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act. cdt
SECTION 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be funded out of the appropriations authorized by Republic Act No. 7663 for the Department of Education, Culture and Sports intended for the operational expenses of newly legislated high schools. Thereafter, the amount needed for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. cd i
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
