Establishment of Pintuyan National Vocational High School in Pintuyan, Southern Leyte
Republic Act No. 4466, approved on June 19, 1965, establishes the Pintuyan National Vocational High School in Pintuyan, Southern Leyte, under the supervision of the Director of Vocational Education. The Act allocates an initial budget of 150,000 pesos from the National Treasury for the school's establishment, operation, and maintenance during the fiscal year 1966. REPUBLIC ACT NO. 4466
AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A NATIONAL VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PINTUYAN, PROVINCE OF SOUTHERN LEYTE, TO BE KNOWN AS PINTUYAN NATIONAL VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established under the supervision of the Director of Vocational Education, a national vocational high school in the Municipality of Pintuyan, Province of Southern Leyte, to be known as Pintuyan National Vocational High School.
SECTION 2. The sum of one hundred fifty thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of said school during the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-six. Thereafter, such sums as may be needed for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
