REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6096
AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A PILOT PROJECT FOR ANIMAL INDUSTRY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CARRASCAL, PROVINCE OF SURIGAO DEL SUR, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established a pilot project for animal industry in the Municipality of Carrascal, Province of Surigao del Sur.
SECTION 2. The Director of the Bureau of Animal Industry shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.
SECTION 3. The sum of twenty thousand pesos in hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of said pilot project for the fiscal year nineteen hundred seventy. Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
