REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7766
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY PAGALANGGANG IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF DINALUPIHAN, PROVINCE OF BATAAN, TO BE KNOWN AS THE PAGALANGGANG HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established a high school in Barangay Pagalanggang, Municipality of Dinalupihan, Province of Bataan, to be known as Pagalanggang High School.
SECTION 2. The Secretary of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.
SECTION 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be funded out of the appropriations authorized by Republic Act No. 7663 for the Department of Education, Culture and Sports intended for the operational expenses of newly legislated high schools. Thereafter, the amount needed for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. cdt
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
