REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5757
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL SCHOOL OF FISHERIES IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF GLAN, PROVINCE OF SOUTH COTABATO, TO BE KNOWN AS THE GLAN NATIONAL SCHOOL OF FISHERIES AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established under the supervision of the Director of Vocational Educational a national school of fisheries in the Municipality of Glan, Province of South Cotabato, to be known as the Glan National School of Fisheries.
SECTION 2. The sum of five hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment and operation of the said school during the fiscal year nineteen hundred and sixty-nine. The sum necessary for the operation and maintenance of the said school in subsequent years shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
