Republic Act No. 7774, enacted on June 30, 1994, establishes the Bulan National High School in Bulan, Sorsogon, under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports. Funding for the school's operational expenses will come from the appropriations set forth in Republic Act No. 7663 and will be included in future annual budgets. The Act took effect upon its approval and was published in the Official Gazette on September 5, 1994. It lapsed into law without the President's signature, as permitted by the Constitution.

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7774
AN ACT CREATING THE BULAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BULAN, PROVINCE OF SORSOGON, AND PROVIDING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be a Bulan National High School in the Municipality of Bulan, Province of Sorsogon, under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports. aisa dc
SECTION 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be funded out of the appropriations authorized by Republic Act No. 7663 for the Department of Education, Culture and Sports intended for the operational expenses of newly legislated high schools. Thereafter, the amount needed for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. aisa dc
