Establishment of Magsikap National Vocational High School in Rizal, Occidental Mindoro
Republic Act No. 7768, enacted on June 19, 1994, establishes the Magsikap National Vocational High School in Barangay Magsikap, Municipality of Rizal, Occidental Mindoro. REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7768
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A VOCATIONAL SCHOOL IN BARANGAY MAGSIKAP, MUNICIPALITY OF RIZAL, PROVINCE OF OCCIDENTAL MINDORO, TO BE KNOWN AS THE MAGSIKAP NATIONAL VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, a vocational school in Barangay Magsikap, Municipality of Rizal, Province of Occidental Mindoro, to be known as the Magsikap National Vocational High School. casia
SECTION 2. The Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue the necessary rules and regulations for the effective implementation of this Act.
SECTION 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be funded out of the appropriations authorized by Republic Act No. 7663 for the Department of Education, Culture and Sports intended for the operational expenses of newly legislated high schools. Thereafter, the amount needed for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. cd i
