REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6330
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A LIVESTOCK BREEDING STATION IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF POZORRUBIO, PROVINCE OF PANGASINAN, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established under the direct supervision of the Director of Animal Industry, a livestock breeding station in the Municipality of Pozorrubio, Province of Pangasinan, which shall have under its jurisdiction the Municipalities of Binalonan, Manaoag, Pozorrubio, Sison, and San Manuel, Province of Pangasinan, and the Municipality of Rosario, in the Province of La Union.
SECTION 2. The sum of one hundred thousand pesos is appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of such station during the fiscal year nineteen hundred seventy-one. Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary for the operation and maintenance of the said station shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
