REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3329

AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A TRADE SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF KIDAPAWAN, PROVINCE OF COTABATO, TO BE KNOWN AS THE KIDAPAWAN TRADE SCHOOL, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR

SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the direct supervision of the Director of Public Schools, a trade school in the Municipality of Kidapawan, Province of Cotabato, to be known as the Kidapawan Trade School. cd i

SECTION 2. The Secretary of Education shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.

SECTION 3. The sum of fifty thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of said school during the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-two. Thereafter, the sum necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriation Acts.

SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
