REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7750
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY ALAYAO, MUNICIPALITY OF CAPALONGA, PROVINCE OF CAMARINES NORTE, TO BE KNOWN AS THE GONZALO ALER HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established a high school in Barangay Alayao, Municipality of Capalonga, Province of Camarines Norte, to be known as the Gonzalo Aler High School.
SECTION 2. The Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of this Act. casia
SECTION 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be funded out of the appropriations authorized by Republic Act No. 7663 for the Department of Education, Culture and Sports intended for the operational expenses of newly legislated high schools. Thereafter, the amount needed for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
