Batas Pambansa Blg. 366, enacted on April 7, 1983, establishes a ten-bed municipal hospital named Dennis Molintas Municipal Hospital in Daclan, Bokod, Benguet, under the supervision of the Ministry of Health. The law authorizes the appropriation of up to 750,000 pesos for the hospital's construction and initial operations, funded through existing appropriations for health infrastructure. Subsequent operational and maintenance costs will be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. The act takes effect upon approval and was published in the Official Gazette on February 27, 1984.

AN ACT ESTABLISHING A TEN-BED CAPACITY MUNICIPAL HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BOKOD, PROVINCE OF BENGUET, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the direct supervision of the Office of the Minister (Ministry of Health), a municipal hospital in the barrio of Daclan, Municipality of Bokod, Province of Benguet, to be known as the Dennis Molintas Municipal Hospital. cdt
SECTION 2. The Minister of Health shall determine the manner by which said hospital shall be operational.
SECTION 3. The amount necessary for the construction and operation of the hospital not to exceed seven hundred fifty thousand pesos shall be funded out of the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 131 and Batas Pambansa Blg. 230 for the Ministry of Health intended for new or expanded hospitals. Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. cd i
