REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6049
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A SOIL CONSERVATION DEMONSTRATION STATION IN THE PROVINCE OF DAVAO ORIENTAL, TO BE KNOWN AS DAVAO ORIENTAL SOIL CONSERVATION DEMONSTRATION STATION, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established in the Province of Davao Oriental a soil conservation demonstration station to be known as Davao Oriental Soil Conservation Demonstration Station. The said station shall be under the supervision of the Director of Soils and shall be subject to the provisions of Republic Act Numbered Six hundred twenty-two. aisa dc
SECTION 2. The sum of two hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of said conservation demonstration station for the fiscal year nineteen hundred and seventy. Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. cd
