Establishment of Davao del Sur Stock Farm and Breeding Station

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5202

AN ACT ESTABLISHING A STOCK FARM AND/OR BREEDING STATION IN THE PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL SUR, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF THE NECESSARY FUNDS THEREFOR

SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the direct supervision of the Director of Animal Industry, a stock farm and/or breeding station in the Province of Davao del Sur, to be known as the Davao del Sur Stock Farm and Breeding Station.

SECTION 2. The Director of Animal Industry shall establish said stock farm and breeding station on a suitable public or private land of not less than fifty hectares that may be reserved or acquired for the purpose. aisa dc

SECTION 3. The sum of three hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment of the said stock farm and breeding station and for the purchase of breeding animals, supplies and materials and such other expenses as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of this Act. Thereafter, such sum as may be needed for the same purpose shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. cd

SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
