Establishment of Community Hospital in Sta. Cruz, Mindoro Occidental
Batas Pambansa Blg. 437, enacted on June 10, 1983, establishes the Sta. Cruz Community Hospital in the Municipality of Sta. Cruz, Province of Mindoro Occidental, under the supervision of the Ministry of Health. The law allocates a maximum of 750,000 pesos for the construction and initial operation of the hospital, funded from appropriations for new or expanded hospitals. Subsequent operational and maintenance costs will be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. The act takes effect upon approval and was published in the Official Gazette on April 2, 1984.

AN ACT ESTABLISHING A MUNICIPAL HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF STA. CRUZ, PROVINCE OF MINDORO OCCIDENTAL, TO BE KNOWN AS THE STA. CRUZ COMMUNITY HOSPITAL
SECTION 1. There shall be established under the direct supervision of the Office of the Minister, Ministry of Health, a municipal hospital in the Municipality of Sta. Cruz, Province of Mindoro Occidental, to be known as the Sta. Cruz Community Hospital. casia
SECTION 2. The amount necessary for the construction and operation of the hospital not to exceed seven hundred fifty thousand pesos shall be funded out of the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 230 for the Ministry of Health intended for new or expanded hospitals. Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
