Establishment of Bolinao, Pangasinan as Sub-Port of Entry
Republic Act No. 6271, enacted on June 19, 1971, designates the Municipality of Bolinao in Pangasinan as a sub-port of entry under the jurisdiction of the Sual customs collector. To facilitate the establishment and operation of customs services in Bolinao, the law appropriates fifty thousand pesos from the National Treasury for the fiscal year 1972. Future funding for the customs service will be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. The Act takes effect upon approval and was published in the Official Gazette on November 1, 1971.

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6271
AN ACT MAKING THE MUNICIPALITY OF BOLINAO, PROVINCE OF PANGASINAN, A SUB-PORT OF ENTRY, AND APPROPRIATING THE NECESSARY FUNDS FOR THE OPERATION OF A CUSTOMS SERVICE THEREIN
SECTION 1. The Municipality of Bolinao, Province of Pangasinan, is hereby made a sub-port of entry under the jurisdiction of the collector of customs of Sual, that province.
SECTION 2. For the establishment, operation and maintenance of the customs service in the Municipality of Bolinao, there is hereby appropriated fifty thousand pesos out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the fiscal year nineteen hundred seventy-two. Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. cd i
