AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A SCHOOL OF FISHERIES IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CASIGURAN, PROVINCE OF AURORA, TO BE KNOWN AS THE AURORA NATIONAL FISHERY SCHOOL, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the direct supervision of the Bureau of Secondary Education, a school of fisheries in the Municipality of Casiguran, Province of Aurora, to be known as the Aurora National Fishery School. asia dc
SECTION 2. The amount of one hundred fifty thousand pesos for the operation of the school shall be funded out of the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 131 and Batas Pambansa Blg. 230 for new national high schools: Provided, That the local government unit concerned shall continue to provide funding for its share in the cost of maintenance and operation of the school. Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
