Establishment of an Emergency Hospital in Sto. Domingo, Nueva Ecija
Republic Act No. 4181, enacted on April 21, 1965, mandates the establishment of the Sto. Domingo Emergency Hospital in Barrio Baloc, Sto. Domingo, Nueva Ecija. The law allocates an initial budget of two hundred thousand pesos from the National Treasury for the hospital's establishment, operation, and maintenance during the 1966 fiscal year. REPUBLIC ACT NO. 4181
AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF AN EMERGENCY HOSPITAL IN BARRIO BALOC, MUNICIPALITY OF STO. DOMINGO, PROVINCE OF NUEVA ECIJA, TO BE KNOWN AS STO. DOMINGO EMERGENCY HOSPITAL, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established an emergency hospital in the Barrio of Baloc, Municipality of Sto. Domingo, Province of Nueva Ecija, to be known as Sto. Domingo, Province of Nueva Ecija, to be known as Sto. Domingo Emergency Hospital.
SECTION 2. The sum of two hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of said hospital during the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-six. Thereafter, such sum as may be needed for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
