REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6460
AN ACT ESTABLISHING AN EMERGENCY HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SOCORRO, PROVINCE OF ORIENTAL MINDORO AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established under the direct supervision of the Department of Health, an emergency hospital in the Municipality of Socorro, Province of Oriental Mindoro, to be known as Socorro Emergency Hospital.
SECTION 2. The sum of three hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of said hospital during the fiscal year nineteen hundred and seventy-two. Thereafter, such sums as may be needed for the operation and maintenance of this hospital shall be included in the General Appropriations Act. cd
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
