REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6559
AN ACT ESTABLISHING AN EMERGENCY HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LAS PIÑAS, PROVINCE OF RIZAL, TO BE KNOWN AS LAS PIÑAS EMERGENCY HOSPITAL, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established under the Bureau of Medical Services, an emergency hospital in the Municipality of Las Piñas, Province of Rizal, to be known as Las Piñas Emergency hospital.
SECTION 2. The sum of two hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of the said hospital for the fiscal year nineteen hundred seventy-two: Provided, That no portion of the appropriation shall be transferred. Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall included in the annual General Appropriations Act. cd i
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
