Establishment of an Emergency Hospital in Abulug, Cagayan
Republic Act No. 6322, enacted on June 19, 1971, mandates the establishment of the Abulug Emergency Hospital in the Municipality of Abulug, Cagayan. The hospital will be supervised by the Director of Medical Services and is allocated an initial budget of one hundred thousand pesos for its establishment, operation, and maintenance during the fiscal year 1971. Future funding for the hospital's operations will be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. The Act took effect immediately upon approval and was published in the Official Gazette on December 6, 1971.

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6322
AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF AN EMERGENCY HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ABULUG, PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN, TO BE KNOWN AS ABULUG EMERGENCY HOSPITAL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the direct supervision of the Director of Medical Services, an emergency hospital in the Municipality of Abulug, Province of Cagayan, to be known as Abulug Emergency Hospital.
SECTION 2. The sum of one hundred thousand pesos is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of said hospital during the fiscal year nineteen hundred seventy-one. Thereafter, such sums as may be needed for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
