Establishment of an Agricultural High School in Jolo Mainland

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3967
AN ACT TO ESTABLISH AN AGRICULTURAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE JOLO MAINLAND AND TO AUTHORIZE THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There is hereby established an agricultural high school on the mainland of Jolo.
SECTION 2. The Secretary of Education is hereby authorized to promulgate rules and regulations for the establishment of such school. cdt
SECTION 3. The sum of three hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the purpose. Thereafter, the amount appropriated for the said school shall be incorporated in the annual General Appropriations Act.
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
