REPUBLIC ACT NO. 1563
AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF AN ABACA SEED FARM IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BOAC, MARINDUQUE, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS FOR THE PURPOSE
SECTION 1. The sum of one hundred thousand pesos or so much thereof as may be necessary is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the purpose of establishing an abaca seed farm in the Municipality of Boac, Province of Marinduque. cdt
SECTION 2. The Director of the Bureau of Plant Industry shall undertake such steps necessary to implement the purposes of this Act.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
