Batas Pambansa Blg. 403, enacted on June 10, 1983, establishes the Las Navas Agro-Industrial High School in Las Navas, Northern Samar, under the supervision of the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports. BATAS PAMBANSA BLG. 403

AN ACT ESTABLISHING AN AGRO-INDUSTRIAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LAS NAVAS, PROVINCE OF NORTHERN SAMAR, TO BE KNOWN AS THE LAS NAVAS AGRO-INDUSTRIAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR

SECTION 1. There is hereby established under the supervision of the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports an agro-industrial high school in the Municipality of Las Navas, Province of Northern Samar, to be known as the Las Navas Agro-Industrial High School. casia

SECTION 2. The amount of one hundred and fifty thousand pesos for the operation of the school shall be funded out of the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 230 for the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports intended for new national high schools. Thereafter, the amount needed for its maintenance and operation shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
