Republic Act No. 4021, enacted on June 18, 1964, establishes the Aglipay Emergency Hospital in the Municipality of Aglipay, Nueva Vizcaya, under the supervision of the Director of Medical Services. The law allocates 125,000 pesos from the National Treasury for the hospital's establishment, operation, and maintenance in the fiscal year 1965, with subsequent funding to be included in future General Appropriations Acts. The Act became effective upon its approval and was published in the Official Gazette on January 11, 1965.

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 4021

AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF AN EMERGENCY HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF AGLIPAY, PROVINCE OF NUEVA VIZCAYA, TO BE KNOWN AS AGLIPAY EMERGENCY HOSPITAL, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF THE NECESSARY FUNDS THEREFOR

SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the supervision of the Director of Medical Services, an emergency hospital in the Municipality of Aglipay, Province of Nueva Vizcaya, to be known as Aglipay Emergency Hospital.

SECTION 2. The sum of one hundred twenty-five thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of the said emergency hospital during the fiscal year nineteen hundred and sixty-five. Thereafter, such sums as may be needed for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. cd

SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
