REPUBLIC ACT NO. 1142

AN ACT TO ESTABLISH A TRAINING CENTER FOR COMMUNITY SCHOOLS WITH THE TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE OF THE UNESCO TO BE LOCATED AT THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYAMBANG, PROVINCE OF PANGASINAN

SECTION 1. The Secretary of Education is hereby authorized to establish and maintain with the technical assistance of the United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization, a training center for community schools to be located at the Municipality of Bayambang, Province of Pangasinan.

SECTION 2. The sum of one hundred thousand pesos, or so much thereof as may be necessary for this purpose, is hereby authorized to be appropriated out of any fund of the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated.

SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
