REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7764
AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SALVADOR BENEDICTO, PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established in the Municipality of Salvador Benedicto, Province of Negros Occidental, a national high school, under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports.
SECTION 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be funded out of the appropriations authorized by Republic Act No. 7663 for the Department of Education, Culture and Sports intended for the operational expenses of newly legislated high schools. Thereafter the amount needed for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. cdt
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
