REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7754
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY SANKANAN, MUNICIPALITY OF MANOLO FORTICH, PROVINCE OF BUKIDNON, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established a national high school in Barangay Sankanan, Municipality of Manolo Fortich, Province of Bukidnon.
SECTION 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be funded out of the appropriations authorized by Republic Act No. 7663 for the Department of Education, Culture and Sports intended for the operational expenses of newly legislated high schools. Thereafter, the amount needed for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. cd
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
* Lapsed into law without the signature of the President on June 19, 1994, in accordance with Article VI, Section 27(1) of the Constitution.
