Batas Pambansa Blg. 515, enacted on June 10, 1983, establishes a ten-bed capacity municipal hospital in Tudela, Misamis Occidental, named Tudela Municipal Hospital. Funding for the hospital's construction and operation is allocated up to 750,000 pesos from appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 230, with future operational costs included in the annual General Appropriations Act. The law took effect upon approval and was published in the Official Gazette on April 23, 1984.

AN ACT ESTABLISHING A TEN-BED CAPACITY MUNICIPAL HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TUDELA, PROVINCE OF MISAMIS OCCIDENTAL, TO BE KNOWN AS THE TUDELA MUNICIPAL HOSPITAL

SECTION 1. There shall be established in the Municipality of Tudela, Province of Misamis Occidental, a ten-bed capacity municipal hospital to be known as the Tudela Municipal Hospital. cd

SECTION 2. The amount necessary for the construction and operation of the hospital not to exceed seven hundred fifty thousand pesos shall be funded out of the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 230 for the Ministry of Health intended for new or expanded hospitals. Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
