AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A TEN-BED CAPACITY MUNICIPAL HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LORETO, PROVINCE OF AGUSAN DEL SUR, TO BE KNOWN AS THE LORETO MUNICIPAL HOSPITAL

SECTION 1. There shall be established under the direct supervision of the Office of the Minister, Ministry of Health, a ten-bed capacity municipal hospital in the Municipality of Loreto, Province of Agusan del Sur, to be known as the Loreto Municipal Hospital. cd i

SECTION 2. The Minister of Health shall promulgate such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of this Act.

SECTION 3. The amount necessary for the construction and operation of the hospital not to exceed seven hundred fifty thousand pesos shall be funded out of the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Bilang 230 for the Ministry of Health intended for new or expanded hospitals. Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. cd i

SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
