BATAS PAMBANSA BLG. 628
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A TEN-BED CAPACITY MUNICIPAL HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CAUAYAN, PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL, TO BE KNOWN AS THE CAUAYAN MUNICIPAL HOSPITAL
SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the direct supervision of the Office of the Minister, Ministry of Health, a ten-bed municipal hospital in the Municipality of Cauayan, Province of Negros Occidental, to be known as the Cauayan Municipal Hospital.
SECTION 2. The amount necessary for the construction and operation of the hospital not to exceed seven hundred fifty thousand pesos shall be funded out of the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 230 for the Ministry of Health intended for new or expanded hospitals. Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
