AN ACT ESTABLISHING A TEN-BED CAPACITY MUNICIPAL HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CARAMOAN, PROVINCE OF CAMARINES SUR, TO BE KNOWN AS THE CARAMOAN MUNICIPAL HOSPITAL, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR

SECTION 1. There shall be established under the direct supervision of the Office of the Minister, Ministry of Health, a ten-bed capacity municipal hospital in the Municipality of Caramoan, Province of Camarines Sur, to be known as the Caramoan Municipal Hospital.

SECTION 2. The Minister of Health shall promulgate rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry into effect the purpose of this Act. cd i

SECTION 3. The amount necessary for the construction and operation of the hospital not to exceed seven hundred fifty thousand pesos shall be funded out of the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 131 and Batas Pambansa Blg. 230 for the Ministry of Health intended for new or expanded hospitals. Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
