Batas Pambansa Blg. 415, enacted on June 10, 1983, establishes a ten-bed municipal hospital in Caramoan, Camarines Sur, known as the Caramoan Municipal Hospital. This hospital will operate under the supervision of the Ministry of Health, which is responsible for creating necessary regulations for its operation. Funding for the construction and initial operation is capped at 750,000 pesos, sourced from prior appropriations for health facilities, with ongoing expenses to be included in the annual budget. AN ACT ESTABLISHING A TEN-BED CAPACITY MUNICIPAL HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CARAMOAN, PROVINCE OF CAMARINES SUR, TO BE KNOWN AS THE CARAMOAN MUNICIPAL HOSPITAL, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established under the direct supervision of the Office of the Minister, Ministry of Health, a ten-bed capacity municipal hospital in the Municipality of Caramoan, Province of Camarines Sur, to be known as the Caramoan Municipal Hospital.
SECTION 2. The Minister of Health shall promulgate rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry into effect the purpose of this Act. cd i
SECTION 3. The amount necessary for the construction and operation of the hospital not to exceed seven hundred fifty thousand pesos shall be funded out of the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 131 and Batas Pambansa Blg. 230 for the Ministry of Health intended for new or expanded hospitals. Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
