Batas Pambansa Blg. 635, enacted on June 24, 1983, establishes a ten-bed municipal hospital in Candelaria, Quezon, known as the Candelaria Municipal Hospital. The law allocates up to 750,000 pesos for its construction and initial operation, funded through appropriations from the Ministry of Health designated for new or expanded hospitals. Future operational and maintenance costs will be covered by the annual General Appropriations Act. The Act took effect upon approval and was published in the Official Gazette on May 14, 1984.

AN ACT ESTABLISHING A MUNICIPAL HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CANDELARIA, PROVINCE OF QUEZON, TO BE KNOWN AS THE CANDELARIA MUNICIPAL HOSPITAL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

SECTION 1. There shall be established a ten-bed municipal hospital in the Municipality of Candelaria, Province of Quezon, to be known as the Candelaria Municipal Hospital. cd

SECTION 2. The amount necessary for the construction and operation of the hospital not to exceed seven hundred fifty thousand pesos shall be funded out of the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 230 for the Ministry of Health intended for new or expanded hospitals. Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
