Establishment of a Municipal Hospital in Baggao, Cagayan
Batas Pambansa Blg. 370, enacted on April 7, 1983, establishes a ten-bed municipal hospital in Baggao, Cagayan, known as the Baggao Municipal Hospital. The hospital will operate under the supervision of the Ministry of Health, with funding for its construction and operation not exceeding 750,000 pesos sourced from prior appropriations for new or expanded hospitals. Future operational and maintenance costs will be included in the General Appropriations Act. The law took effect upon approval and was published in the Official Gazette on February 27, 1984.

AN ACT ESTABLISHING A TEN-BED MUNICIPAL HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAGGAO, PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN, TO BE KNOWN AS THE BAGGAO MUNICIPAL HOSPITAL
SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the direct supervision of the Office of the Minister (Ministry of Health), a ten-bed municipal hospital in the Municipality of Baggao, Province of Cagayan, to be known as the Baggao Municipal Hospital. cd
SECTION 2. The amount necessary for the construction and operation of the hospital not to exceed seven hundred fifty thousand pesos shall be funded out of the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 131 and Batas Pambansa Blg. 230 for the Ministry of Health intended for new or expanded hospitals. Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the General Appropriations Act.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
