Gentlemen:
In order to facilitate the immediate establishment and operations of a branch office in the Philippines of Save the Children, an American-based, non-stock, non-profit humanitarian organization, you are hereby directed to undertake the following:
1) For: Securities and Exchange Commission
Expedite the issuance of the appropriate certificate of registration that would allow Save the Children to operate in the Philippines.
2) For: Board of Investments
Expedite the issuance of appropriate certificate of exemption from BOI registration to Save the Children, as a foreign-based non-stock, non-profit humanitarian organization.
3) For: Commission of Immigration and Deportation
Furnish appropriate entry and travel documents to all alien officials and staff members of Save the Children who shall be assigned or come to the Philippines in connection with the operations of said organization.
4) For: Metropolitan Manila Commission cd i
Expedite issuance of appropriate local permits and licenses necessary for the establishment of a branch office for Save the Children.
