REPUBLIC ACT NO. 11272
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A SPECIALTY HOSPITAL IN THE CITY OF SAN JOSE DEL MONTE, PROVINCE OF BULACAN, TO BE KNOWN AS ST. BERNADETTE CHILDREN AND MATERNITY HOSPITAL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established a specialty hospital, known as St. Bernadette Children and Maternity Hospital, with a minimum capacity of one hundred (100) beds, to be located at Barangay Graceville, City of San Jose Del Monte, Province of Bulacan. The St. Bernadette Children and Maternity Hospital shall be under the administrative and technical supervision of San Jose Del Monte City, Province of Bulacan.
SECTION 2. The City Government of San Jose Del Monte in the Province of Bulacan shall provide funding for the establishment, operation and maintenance of the St. Bernadette Children and Maternity Hospital.
SECTION 3. The Secretary of Health shall include in the Department's program the subsidy support for the capital outlay requirements for the establishment of the said specialty hospital, the funding of which shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
SECTION 4. If any provision or part of this Act is declared unconstitutional, the remaining parts or provisions not affected shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 5. All other laws, decrees, orders, issuances, rules and regulations, or parts thereof which are inconsistent with the provisions of this Act are hereby repealed, amended or modified accordingly.
SECTION 6. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in any newspaper of general circulation. ICHDca
