Establishing the Luis Palad Rural High School in Tayabas, Tayabas
Act No. 3232, approved on November 27, 1925, establishes the Luis Palad Rural High School in Tayabas, Tayabas Province, Philippines. The school will be managed by the Director of Education and funded through the estate of Luis Palad and other donations. The curriculum will be developed by the Director of Education with the Secretary of Public Instruction's approval. Additionally, the Director has the authority to appoint school staff and receive necessary funds for construction and maintenance. The Act is effective upon its approval.

ACT NO. 3232
AN ACT TO ESTABLISH AN AGRICULTURAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TAYABAS, PROVINCE OF TAYABAS, TO BE KNOWN AS LUIS PALAD RURAL HIGH SCHOOL; PROVIDE FOR THE DIRECTION AND MANAGEMENT OF THE SAME; AUTHORIZE THE ACCEPTANCE OF FUNDS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE BUILDINGS, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
SECTION 1. An agricultural high school is hereby established in the municipality of Tayabas, Province of Tayabas, Philippine Islands, which shall be known as Luis Palad Rural High School and shall be under the direction, supervision, and control of the Director of Education, the same as other Government schools. The expense of the establishment and maintenance of this school shall be paid out of the funds left by the late Luis Palad and any other funds which the Government or any of its dependencies or any other person may donate. SECTION 2. The curriculum for this school shall be prepared by the Director of Education, with the approval of the Secretary of Public Instruction. The Director of Education shall have authority to appoint the director of said school and all teachers or instructors required in the same.
SECTION 3. The Director of Education is hereby authorized to receive, in the name and behalf of the Government of the Philippine Islands, from the provincial governor of Tayabas, as trustee of the estate of Luis Palad, such sums as may be necessary for the proper operation of this school and the construction and upkeep of the permanent buildings necessary for carrying out the purposes of the same.
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
