MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 812
ESTABLISHING A SECRETARIAT OF THE REVIEW COMMITTEES CREATED UNDER ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NOS. 487, 488 AND 489, ALL DATED JULY 23, 1984
Pursuant to Administrative Order Nos. 487, 488 and 489, all dated July 23, 1984, creating review committees to evaluate the cases of persons arrested and/or detained by virtue of a Preventive Detention Action (PDA) or any of its derivatives, a Secretariat is hereby established composed of the following:

The Secretariat shall, among other things, maintain a systematic record of the cases referred to the review committees, including a periodic status report on said cases.
The Secretariat is hereby authorized to draw on detail necessary personnel from other offices/agencies of the government to assist in the performance of its assigned task.
This Order shall take effect immediately.
