Establishing a Regular District Office of the LTFRB in Bacoor, Cavite
Republic Act No. 11739 establishes a regular district office of the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) in Bacoor, Cavite. This office will operate under the supervision of the LTFRB, with its funding included in the annual General Appropriations Act. The Secretary of Transportation is tasked with the immediate operationalization of this office. The Act will take effect 15 days after its publication in two newspapers of general circulation.

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 11739
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A REGULAR DISTRICT OFFICE OF THE LAND TRANSPORTATION FRANCHISING AND REGULATORY BOARD (LTFRB) IN THE CITY OF BACOOR, PROVINCE OF CAVITE AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the supervision of the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB), a regular district office of the LTFRB in the City of Bacoor, Province of Cavite.
SECTION 2. The Secretary of Transportation shall immediately include in the Department's program the operationalization of the LTFRB Regular District Office in the City of Bacoor, Province of Cavite, the funding of which shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in two (2) newspapers of general circulation.
