Eastern Cabu National High School in Barangay Cabu, Cabanatuan City
Republic Act No. 8418, enacted on November 27, 1997, establishes the Eastern Cabu National High School in Barangay Cabu, Cabanatuan City. The Secretary of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports is tasked with issuing the necessary regulations to implement this law. Funding for the school is to be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment. The Act took effect upon its approval and lapsed into law without the President's signature, as per the Constitution. It was published in the Official Gazette on March 23, 1998.

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8418
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY CABU, CABANATUAN CITY, TO BE KNOWN AS THE EASTERN CABU NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL
SECTION 1. There shall be established a national high school in Barangay Cabu, Cabanatuan City, to be known as the Eastern Cabu National High School.
SECTION 2. The Secretary of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act. cd
SECTION 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
