Medialdea, dated 03 August 2020 re: "MODIFIED ENHANCED COMMUNITY QUARANTINE OVER THE NATIONAL CAPITAL REGION AND THE PROVINCES OF LAGUNA, CAVITE, RIZAL, AND BULACAN UNTIL 18 AUGUST 2020."
