Dissemination of Information on Family Planning
Letter of Instructions No. 47-A, issued on December 8, 1972, directs the Secretary of the Department of Public Information and the Postmaster General to support the population program established by General Order No. 1. The primary focus is to facilitate the dissemination of information regarding family planning.
