LETTER OF INSTRUCTIONS NO. 326

To expedite the disposition and sale of friar lands within the Pangarap Village, Makatipo, Caloocan City, pursuant to Presidential Decree No. 293, and Commonwealth Act No. 32, and in order to insure the development of said village as viable human settlement, you are hereby authorized and directed to proceed with the sale of all disposable lots in that project without public bidding to bona fide members of the Malacañang Homeowners Association, Incorporated.
All Letters of Instructions, Executive Orders, Circulars, Rules and Regulations or parts thereof that are inconsistent herewith are hereby revoked or modified accordingly. acd
This Letter of Instructions shall take effect immediately.
